He later joined Olam Ghana Limited, rising through the ranks to become Branch Accountant and, eventually, Cluster Finance Manager in 2018 after over 22 years of distinguished service. This steady progression is a testament to his competence, commitment, and ability to lead with integrity.

Inspired by his passion for agriculture, Mr. Asabil founded MJ Asabil Farms Limited in 2019. As CEO, he continues to drive the company’s vision of innovation, ethics, and excellence in poultry farming, positioning it as a model of sustainable agribusiness.
